Entry Requirements
- A-Levels UCAS Tariff Points Required: 270
- GCSE / Standard grades required: In addition to obtaining 270 UCAS points at least 5 GCSEs at grade C or above including English and Mathematics are required
- Other equivalent qualifications may be accepted.
- Applicants studying an HND or Foundation Degree in Construction or Quantity Surveying will be considered for direct entry into Level 2. An HND with Merit grades in all higher level (H2) units or Foundation Degree with 60% in all higher level (H2) units would be required
- IELTS Score Required: IELTS 6.0 is acceptable in lieu of GCSE English grade C.
- Overseas applicants who will be considered in line with normal entry requirements are welcomed.
