Curriculum
- Year 1: Introduction to Financial Accounting, Introduction to Management Accounting, Principles of Business Finance, Economics Markets & Enterprises, Accounting Organisations & Society, Business Law.
- Year 2: Financial Accounting Regulation, Ethics & Accountability, Accounting Information Systems, Planning Control and Performance, Business Law, Understanding Management Principles
- Year 3: Contemporary Issues in Financial Accounting, Accounting for Decision Making, Corporate Finance & Investment, Auditing Principles and Practice, Tax Principles and Practice plus one option.
- Year 4: Dissertation plus subjects chosen from a wide range of advanced Accounting and Finance topics, plus options from a wider range of subjects, including Marketing and Human Resource Management.
- Option modules have covered areas such as: International & European Financial Services, Pensions, Public Sector Finance, Investment Management, Corporate Governance. Not all option modules are available every Trimester, optional modules subject to change.
