Exeter College

Established in 1970, Exeter College was regarded as the first tertiary college in England.  Located at Exeter, Devon, UK, the College’s buildings are situated in several sites in Exeter. Exeter College was also awarded the Beacon Award winners two years running for e-learning resources and partnerships with schools.

Exeter College has an approximate student populace of 11,000 young people and adults, full time and part time. Established in 1970, Exeter College offers the following facilities:

• Accommodation – Students are not provided with on campus accommodation. Instead safe and secure accommodation options are provided 30mns away from the campus. The options range from purpose built student accommodation, Shared Houses and Independent Flats based on affordability and availability.
• H2b Spa & Salon – The Spa & Salon located at Hele Road is easily accessible for all hair treatment, face and body treatment amidst other great services.
• Television Studio – With a rich history of 25 years, the studio is centrally located in the CCI Building. The studio is mainly for students studying Media, TV, Journalism, or Film courses, but is also open to all students and staff.
• Central Fitness – Since its inception is 2012, Central Fitness provides an essential teaching space and fitness facility. Facilities at the centre include a Tone Zone, Work Bench, Boxing area amidst other great amenities.
• Nursery –  Located at the new purpose-built building, behind the Centre for Creative Industries, the well-staffed and equipped nursery serves children aged three months to five years old.
