Entry Requirements
1. Normally be at least 17 years old and have either passes in :
*Two subjects at GCE ‘A’ level, plus at least three further subjects at GCSE / GCE ‘O’ level at Grade C or above or three subjects at GCE ‘A’ level (with one ‘A’ level at not less than grade D)
Or
*Three subjects at GCE ‘A’ level and two further subjects at GCSE/GCE ‘O’ level at Grade C or above
Or
*Two subjects at GCE ‘A’ level, plus two further subjects at GCE ‘AS’ level and demonstrate competence in Mathematics at least equivalent to GCSE/GCE ‘O’ level at Grade C or above
2. Provide proof of competence in English which is acceptable to the University.
3. International English Language Testing System (IELTS) when an overall score of at least 6 is achieved with a minimum of 5.5 in each sub-test.
Note: University accept many other qualifications, both from the UK and overseas, as satisfying the entrance requirements.
Curriculum
The degree consists of 12 modules over 3 years:

TEACHING METHODS
*Class based learning, tutorials, workshops and seminars.
Additionally:
*Online resources including examiners' reports and past exam papers, the student handbook, regulations, course information sheets, reading lists, a ‘news and notices’ section. It also contains the first four chapters of subject guides for most courses. On registering you will also gain access to the Virtual Learning Environment.
*Online Library giving access to Justis.com, JSTOR, ABI/INFORM, Academic Search Premier and Business Source Premier. ASSESSMENT Each unit is assessed by one three-hour unseen written examination and each half unit by one two-hour unseen written examination. QUALIFICATION GAINED BSc Business Classification: Undergraduate degrees are awarded with First Class Honours, Upper Second Class Honours, Lower Second Class Honours or Third Class Honours. If students do not qualify for Honours, they may be awarded a Pass classification. OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROGRESSION The programme has been developed by academics at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), regarded as an international centre of academic excellence and innovation in the social sciences. This degree will prepare student for a career in areas of management consultancy, banking, accountancy and general management.
