- Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) (Science Stream) with CGPA 2.50 and Principal Passes in any 2 Science subjects;
- • Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) (Non-Science Stream) with CGPA 2.50 and Principal Passes in any 2 subjects as well as SPM credit in any 2 Science subjects;
- • A-Level in 2 Science subjects and CGPA 2.50;
- • South Australia Matriculation (SAM) with Tertiary Entrance Rank (TER) 70 and Grade B in 2 Science subjects;
- • Canadian Pre-University (CPU) with an average of 70% in 6 subjects including 2 Science subjects;
- • Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with Grade B in 5 subjects including 2 Science subjects;
- • Foundation in Science from Xiamen University Malaysia Campus (XMUMC) with CGPA 2.50 including 2 Science subjects;
- • Foundation in Science from Institutions of Higher Learning with CGPA 2.50 including 2 Science subjects;
- • Matriculation Certificate, Ministry of Education with CGPA 2.50 including 2 Science subjects;
- • Diploma from Institutions of Higher Learning in the relevant field with CGPA 2.50;
- • Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine from recognised institutions equivalent with GPA 2.00 and with 2 years of relevant working experience;
- • Diploma with CGPA 2.50 from institutions recognised by the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Board;
- • Bachelor degree with CGPA 2.50 in any discipline from Institutions of Higher Learning;
- • Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government.
