Academic Qualification
Minimum Entry Requirements:
- STPM: 2 Principal Passes (2Cs) or CGPA 2.00
- UEC: 5 Credits (5Bs)
- GCE A Levels: 2 Principal Passes (2Ds)
- Diploma: Pass with a minimum CGPA of 2.00
- Foundation/Matriculation: Pass with a minimum CGPA of 2.00
Additional Notes:
- Students must have a Pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level or its equivalent.
- Candidates without a Pass in Mathematics and English at SPM level may be admitted if their entry qualification includes Mathematics and English subjects with an achievement equivalent to or higher than the required Pass.
English Requirement
Local Students:
- Band 3 in MUET
International Students:
- IELTS: Band 5.5
- TOEFL (IBT): Minimum score of 46
- TOEFL (Essentials-Online): Minimum score of 8
- Cambridge English: Minimum score of 160
- PTE Academic: Minimum score of 51
Additional Notes:
- If the English language requirement is not fulfilled, students are required to take an additional module at UOW Malaysia.
- This requirement can be exempted if the Foundation/Diploma was taught in English medium.
