The University of Reading Malaysia (UoRM) this week launched its 2016 Research Seminar and Workshop programme for academics and students – and encourage colleagues from institutions across the region to take part.
The seminars and workshops support UoRM’s commitment to strive for research excellence. The 2016 programme builds on successful research seminars delivered in December 2015, delivered by honourable guest speakers, Dr Carlos Velasco and Dr Olivia Petit (Imagineering Institute, Iskandar Malaysia) and Dr Ioannis Oikonomou (Henley Business School, University of Reading). These inaugural events provided an excellent opportunity to exchange research expertise and ideas and have paved the way for future research collaborations.
Throughout 2016, leading academics and distinguished guest speakers will be invited to UoRM’s state of the art new campus in EduCity, Iskandar, to share the latest research advances in their field. The Seminar programme will be supported by a series of research training workshops for UoRM staff and postgraduate students.
UoRM Research Seminars and Workshops are often open to academics and students at other institutions, and to those who work in relevant fields. For more information about our seminar and workshop series, please follow this link.
