Entry Requirements
Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / O-Level
Pass with at least 5 credits in any subjects including Additional Mathematics or Mathematics and one of the subjects in Science/Technology/Engineering.
STPM
A pass in Science stream or equivalent with minimum Grade C in
Mathematics and one of the subjects in Science/ICT.
Note: Students without a credit in Additional Mathematics at the SPM level but have obtained a credit in Mathematics and a credit in one of the subjects in Science/Technology/ Engineering at SPM level is required to sit and pass a Bridging Module (enhanced mathematics module) with topics related to Computer Science at the beginning of their studies to graduate from the program.
Students must pass the bridging (enhanced Mathematics module) as a prerequisite before being allowed to sit for related core modules. However, this does not stop these students from taking any modules (core or otherwise) which does not impose the Enhanced Mathematics module/ Bridging module
as a pre-requisite. Credit for the Bridging Module is considered as an additional credit to the core module and can be taken into account for the calculation of the graduating credits.
Unified Examination Certificate (UEC)
Pass with Min. 5 Bs including Additional Mathematics or Mathematics and one of the subject in Science/ Technology/ Engineering.
Other Qualifications
A Level and STPM may receive advance standing (exemptions) with grade “C” and above OR
