The Diploma in Culinary Arts offers top-tier culinary training, supported by cutting-edge kitchen and classroom facilities.
Led by a team of award-winning culinary professionals, the program is designed to develop graduates who are not only skilled in cooking but also excel in communication, independence, and leadership—qualities that will strengthen their credentials in both the Malaysian and international hospitality and food service sectors.
A 20-week industry internship provides valuable hands-on experience. Graduates who complete the program successfully will receive two certificates: one from Sunway University and another from Le Cordon Bleu, a renowned global institution in culinary and hospitality education.
