Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from IUKL (equivalent to LAM Part 1): Minimum CGPA of 2.70 + at least 6 months of industrial training after LAM Part 1
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (equivalent to LAM Part 1) from a recognized institution: Minimum CGPA of 2.70 + at least 6 months of industrial training after LAM Part 1 + pass portfolio review or interview by the admission panel
For local applicants: Minimum Band 2 in MUET or B4 in UEC English
For international applicants: Minimum TOEFL 550, IELTS 6.0, a degree with English as the medium of instruction, or Grade C in O-Level
