- UEC: Minimum Grade B in 5 subjects.
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or equivalent: Minimum CGPA of 2.00 from a recognised institution
- Diploma (any field): Minimum CGPA of 2.00 from a recognised institution.
- Matriculation / Foundation: Minimum CGPA of 2.00 from a recognised institution.
- Other equivalent qualifications: Recognised by the Malaysian Government.
