About
APU's Cyber Security Master's program provides the latest technologies for Industrial Revolution 4.0.
This program is specifically designed to provide:
- Opportunity for professional development at an advanced level within Cyber Security.
- Enhancement of skills and knowledge in Cyber Security for practicing IT professionals.
- The student will develop their specialization gained in taught modules by completing an extensive research and technical-based dissertation, preparing them to become a subject matter expert.
- APU is positioning itself as a cybersecurity research leader by creating the Forensics and Cyber Security (FSEC) Research Centre. This center will focus on conducting research that pushes the limits of cybersecurity applications.

Entry Requirements
General Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 out of 4.00 or equivalent qualification as acceptable by the Senate.
- Bachelor’s degree with CGPA 2.50 out of 4.00, but below CGPA 2.75; can be accepted with rigorous assessment (including test, interview, or portfolio).
- Bachelor’s degree with a CGPA below 2.50 out of 4.00, or an equivalent qualification, can be accepted with a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in a related field.
