About

The Diploma in Health Care offered by SEGi College is a 3-year programme designed to comprehensively address the management needs of the healthcare industry. This diploma aims to develop students with essential healthcare management knowledge, strong interpersonal abilities, and business leadership skills, equipping them to contribute meaningfully to the administration of health services and the achievement of organisational goals within healthcare settings. The programme integrates both medical and management disciplines and is structured around four core areas of study. It culminates in a 28-week practical field training during the final year, providing students with hands-on experience in community and hospital administrative environments.

  • Health Policy and Planning

  • Behavioural Science / Allied Science

  • Basic Science

Graduates of the Diploma in Health Care from SEGi College can pursue career opportunities in various sectors including hospitals, clinics, public health departments, rehabilitation centres, community health organisations, nursing homes, health insurance companies, healthcare consulting firms, universities, and research institutions.

  • SPM with pass in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with minimum 3 credits including Mathematics or any Science subjects
