Entry Requirements
- ONE (1) Credit in Bahasa Melayu at SPM level AND TWO (2) C’s or 2.00 CGPA at STPM level including in Pengajian Am / Kertas Am (General Studies / General Paper); OR THREE (3) A-levels;
- An MSU Foundation Certificate;
- An MSU Diploma in a relevant field and with minimum 2.00 CGPA;
- An equivalent qualification recognized by MSU Senate.

Career opportunities exist in outdoor leadership, outdoor education, adventure education, camp management, natural resource management, environmental interpretation, and ecotourism, to name a few. You could be working in youth programs, the travel industry, government ministries or departments, local authorities, resorts, parks, and recreational camps, as leader, director, planner, manager, or administrator.
Industry roles of leisure services professionals include Outdoor Leader, Outdoor Superintendent, Outdoor Specialist, Recreation Specialist, Special Events Planner, Leisure Time Specialist, Fitness Specialist, Recreation Programmer, Parks and Recreation Director, Camp Director, Nature Interpreter, and Aquatics Specialist.
Industry roles of commercial recreation, hospitality, and tourism professionals include Club Manager, Hotel Manager, Restaurant Manager, Resort Manager, Adventure Travel Coordinator, Convention Coordinator, Condo Social Director, Cruise Ship Activity Director, Camp Director, Tournament Planner, and Park Attendant.
