Entry Requirements
1. A pass in STPM/A-Level or its equivalent, with a minimum Grade C in any two subjects AND A pass in SPM/O-Level or its equivalent, with at least passes in Mathematics, English and any ONE subject related to science/technical/vocational; OR
2. A recognized Diploma in Building Surveying or recognized equivalent qualifications, with minimum CGPA of 2.5; 18 (Candidates with CGPA below 2.5 but above 2.0 must have at least one year of relevant working experience) OR
3. A recognized Diploma in Built Environment or recognized equivalent qualifications, with minimum CGPA of 2.5; (Candidates with CGPA below 2.5 but above 2.0 must have at least one year of relevant working experience. HEPs are to determine the initial commencement level of study) OR
4. A pass in recognized Matriculation/Foundation or recognized equivalent qualifications, with a minimum CGPA of 2.0. AND 5. English Proficiency Requirement for International student IELTS 5.0 OR TOEFL iBT 34 OR TOEFL PBT 410-413 OR CAE160 (Cambridge Advanced English) OR CPE 180(Cambridge Proficiency English) OR CFE 154-161(Cambridge First English) OR PTE 36(Pearson Test of English Academic) OR MUET Band 3
